Solid Surface Worktop Upstands 

We can fabricate your Solid Surface worktop Coved or Square upstands to any height you require.

Solid Surface Coved upstands are manufactured along with the worktop to provide a seamless join between the two.

Square upstands are fixed on site with special glue or silicone.

Coved up stands are manufactured and fixed in the factory.

Due to manufacturing constraints there maybe gaps as these up stands are manufactured in a straight line. This type of upstand is not suitable for walls where there are variations in the wall profile. Please discuss with sales. Plastering or tiling should be completed after worktops and up stands are installed.

On installation, we endeavour to keep as close as possible to the line of the wall, but due to natural flexing of structures, there could be gaps anywhere between 2mm and 30mm at the back of your up-stands. Such gaps may be more prominent in older buildings, and again for this reason we recommend that plastering or tiling should be ideally completed after the worktop installation.
