Looking to hear from you

We’re always delighted to hear from our customers when their project is complete. It’s very satisfying to see our products in situ and they always look stunning! Below are a couple of examples of last year’s popular colours and materials for the UK’s kitchens. Corian Glacier White has been a long running favourite as it’s so versatile, suits most kitchen and decor styles and gives any room a fresher than fresh look. Many people may think that white is an unwise choice for such a heavily used area of the kitchen and indeed the whole house but as a delighted owner of this worktop I can say this material is amazing. The slightest scrub gets the toughest stains out (curry sauce & tea!) and a year and a half after getting it installed, it looks as good as new. It is a completely renewable surface with stains, scratches, dents etc being repairable without affecting the worktop. It sounds ridiculous but i don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to a laminate again after being spoiled by the many benefits of Corian!

Our lovely customers in East Sussex agree after fitting out their own kitchen in Corian Glacier White and we think the results speak for themselves. A beautiful bright, fresh look with clean lines and a really contemporary feel whilst still being homely. I think there is also something about white worktops that encourages less clutter!

Another big seller in 2017 was Apollo Quartz Lyskam Grey. This worktop has a marble effect while benefitting from the non-porous and hygienic qualities of quartz. Grey was very big last year and this worktop looks gorgeous in both contemporary and traditional kitchens. This kitchen in Hampshire is a good example of this. Like Corian, radius corners and drainer grooves can be cut into the quartz to add all the features you require for your own project. We can’t wait to receive more of your ‘after’ pictures featuring bespoke Corian, quartz, hardwood and granite kitchen worktops.
